- Primary Strategic Objective 1:
Successful establishment of the foundation of the Bosnian diaspora, through a platform within the “5 Million Friends of Bosnia and Herzegovina” association, with the planned membership additional Bosnian organizations from countries with a large diaspora from Bosnia and Herzegovina: USA, Canada, Germany, Austria, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Turkey, Middle East (UAE / Qatar / Saudi Arabia / Kuwait / Oman) and Australia + one state institution or organization from Bosnia and Herzegovina, as strategic partners of the project.
Within the Platform (web platform), each of the organizations will work to bring together the organizations and individuals who should be operating in the newly created Global Networking local chapter, with 9 subsections, as follows:
- Computer and Information Sciences; Engineering.
- Philosophy, Psychology.
- Social sciences, ecology, education, economics, journalism, law, education, statistics, transportation, tourism, government, military; philanthropy;
- Mathematics, statistics, natural sciences;
- Medicine; physics;
- Arts, architecture, cinema, culture, music, recreation, sports, entertainment;
- Language, linguistics, literature;
- Geography, history, archaeology, bibliography:
- Bosnian diaspora organizations, associations, clubs and media.
In each of these sections, the aim is to bring together organizations that have notable members from Bosnia and Herzegovina and individuals or friends of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also to present positive examples of the contribution of Bosnia and Herzegovina in these areas, both in the world and in transferring knowledge to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Primary Strategic Objective 2:
To gather and create a base of friends of BiH, and of all those who appreciate the civilizational values of the Bosnian society, in one place (5 Million Friends of Bosnia and Herzegovina platform).
➢ The platform “5 Million Friends of Bosnia and Herzegovina” will bring together:
– all individuals who nurture the civilizational values of the Bosnian people and are confirmed friends of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
– database of diaspora businesses that are owned or co-owned and/or managed by a Bosnian individual or a friend of BiH.
– Diaspora organizations and clubs and international organizations that are active in BiH.
One of the accompanying functions of such a platform will be a functional database of its members with technological infrastructure.
➢ Cooperation and maintenance of strong ties, with at least one thousand (1000) people from all over the world, not only Bosnians and Herzegovinians, coming from the business, cultural, sports, scientific and diplomatic world, to improve the image of the Bosnian society and BiH through daily lobbying.
➢ Establishment of 15 separate branches in each country with the largest Bosnian diaspora, i.e., people with a direct or indirect connection to BiH (Bosnians and Herzegovinians in Switzerland, Bosnians and Herzegovinians in Sweden, Bosnians and Herzegovinians in France, etc.)
- Primary Strategic Objective 3:
To create development projects, for the benefit of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will lead to a successful transfer of knowledge and technology, and the strengthening of all categories of local society, the development of all customs, cultural characteristics and historical monuments important to the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Primary Strategic Objective 4:
The association primary activities are widening and strengthening the network, with a mutual cooperation and exchange with Bosnian and Herzegovina, focusing especially on connection with France, European Union, worldwide and Bosnian and Herzegovina; support of activities in a spheres of trade, tourism, culture and sports. Furthermore, the main focus and goal will be to establish meaningful connections that will bridge Bosnia and Herzegovina and European organizations, as well as individuals that have and support same interests as the 5MFBH Association. One of the essential goals is defending and advocating the core European values and supporting the notion of Bosnia and Herzegovina becoming a member of the European Union.
